I'm Georges Rayess, a Product Manager and fraud & AI consultant. Since 2020 I've been the Product Manager at a privacy-focused mobile app — real U.S. phone numbers and eSIM data plans, 200,000+ active users across 150+ countries on iOS and Android. The product stays unnamed publicly; the operator experience does the talking.
My scope is unusually broad. It covers product strategy, growth, marketing, paid media, fraud prevention, payments compliance, analytics, affiliate marketing, and technical operations.
Why I Consult
This broad, hands-on operator experience at a real subscription app is the foundation of my consulting practice.
Every framework I use has been stress-tested against a real P&L at a real company with real users and real chargebacks. I am not an agency. I am not a generalist strategist. I ship production-grade artifacts: working Stripe Radar rule sets, live GTM implementations, scaled ad accounts, and compliance documents that payment processors actually accept.
What Makes Me Different
Fraud and payments problems rarely live where they show up — a chargeback spike can be a sign-up filter, a 3DS misconfiguration, or a refund-policy gap. Six years operating a real P&L means I trace symptoms to the cause other specialists miss.
I don't recommend theoretical frameworks. I recommend solutions I've personally used to solve the exact same problem for 200,000+ active users.
Engagements don't end with a 40-page deck telling your team what to do. They end with working code, live campaigns, deployed integrations, and audit-ready documents.
I don't just strategize about AI. My own products run AI in production, and I apply that same engineering rigor to client engagements.
